Atlaset is a sheetfed offset ink designed for trouble-free printing under most printing conditions ranging from low to high speed presses, small to large presses and a variety of printing papers.
Atlaset inks provide outstanding gloss, fast drying, sharp dots, and excellent traps.
Atlaset inks are offered as a ®PANTONE line of mixing colors. Atlaset conforms to ®PANTONE color standards.
Atlaset will stay open overnight and can be left on press for extended period of time.
Atlaset inks are considered wax free and laser safe.
Atlaset inks can be aqueous and UV coated. However, it is recommended that colors such as Reflex Blue, Rhodamine Red, Purple, Violet, and Warm Red be made in our “Imitation” formula. These colors will burn out when UV or aqueous coating is applied. Consult ink supplier for more information.

Litho Magic Series Sheetfed Ink

Product Description
Litho Magic is a new development in sheetfed technology that has been specially formulated to allow inks to exhibit a unique body and flow properties with a high viscosity allowing them not to break down on high speed presses and will maintain dot sharpness. Litho Magic will vastly improve transfer and litho performance on the highest speed presses in today’s market.

Product Description
Stay Open Inks were developed to “stay open” on press and not skin in the container for extended periods of time. Stay Open Series Inks are of particular interest for any long runs or where the printer prefers to leave the press inked overnight or even an entire weekend. Because of its unusual properties in the can and on press, but its ability in a thin printed film to sufficiently oxidize, adequate rub is obtainable after approximately 72 hours.

Because of its unusual properties in the can and on press, but its ability in a thin printed film to sufficiently oxidize, adequate rub is obtainable after approximately 72 hours. Stay Fresh HD is quite simply a lower tack version of the Stay Open Series.

High Gloss Overprint Varnish

Product Description
High Gloss Overprint Varnish is formulated for the best combination of set speed, gloss, and non-yellowing. It is considered wax free, laser safe. This varnish can also be foil-stamped and will accept U.V. coatings.

Dull Overprint Varnish

Dull Overprint Varnish is formulated with excellent film properties, and high rub-resistance. It has an excellent matte finish and will give the perfect amount of contrast with standard gloss varnish or high quality coated stock.
